We all have so much going on in our lives and weekends are usually the time for resting, meeting with friends and family, or indulging in self-care activities. I chose a virtual space to offer this program because I wanted to make it convenient for everyone. You can easily access the content from anywhere and it provides a more inclusive space for less outspoken participants to participate equally.

The Power of Mindfulness contains 8 video lectures. Each lecture will give you clear and precise insight into the topic.

Weekly sessions are pre-recorded. Along with weekly sessions there will be other videos posted underneath the session for you to watch. Some sessions will include reflective questions. There’s no need to hand anything in. You will not be tested on the weekly material.

After purchasing the program, you’ll receive a link to the course.

You’ll be able to access the course, socialize and engage with other participants, ask questions and post comments related to weekly sessions in our interactive blog. The interactive blog is available as a safe space to reflect on the material learned, how you will incorporate it professionally and/or in your personal life and the way it has changed your perspective.

After completing the 8 sessions your certificate will be mailed to you.
